Dennis Smith moved to the Cayman Islands as a young man with his father in the early 1960s. Being one of the earliest expat settlers to Grand Cayman at that time Dennis remembers his experience well (sailing into GT harbor at night and seeing only one light) and shares a bit of our untold history. From the first harvesting of black coral, to the introduction of a dairy farm producing fresh milk daily on a Island wide scale to the beginning of the 'duty free' Jewelry Industry in the Cayman Islands, Denis shares it all.
