Meet Mr. Arturo Ursua a Caymanian-Filipino living and working in the Cayman Islands for many years with his wife and son of 14yrs of age. Mr. Ursua teacher, professor worked under the Filipino Governor as a civil engineer before coming to the Islands. He fills many rolls as a local working as a special constable and as a Filipino appointed by the Filipino Government as the Ex/Unofficial consulate for the Filipino community.
