Behind every face there is a story. Known for his hard work, entrepreneurial spirit and charitable deeds; Matthew Leslie’s smiling face is no stranger to the Cayman Islands. We have all seen this young man fill these rolls at one time or the other, but there is so much more to Matthew than ‘you think you know’.
Matthew shares a part of his journey with us; from a young man growing up in the district of George Town, to living homeless on the streets of America, returning home to the Islands and eventually picking up the pieces of his life (with the helping hand from a good Samaritan who saw his true potential) and turning the tables completely around. From the bottom to the top this has been the road on which Matthew has travelled.
This is a story of inspiration and one of hope - that if you have the WILL, there is always someone or something to help you find the way. A story that will truly inspire us all.
