Vision - Juliette Gooding "Working on the Frontline"

Juliette Gooding is no stranger to us. Having worked as the first head of our 911 service, Juliette has many years of experience handling sticky situations.
Tonight, Juliette sits with Mr. Ellio Solomon of Vision, sharing her experiences of what it is like to work on the frontline of our emergency services, what it takes to deal with dire situations and extreme mental and emotional stresses as well as how to cope with those stresses when they do come up.
Juliette has spent most of her life in the Cayman Islands and calls this place home, having arrived here from the shores of her home Island of Barbados; Juliette played an intricate roll in the setting-up of our 911 services and worked as it's Manager for many, many years.
Taking a short sabbatical in the Turks and Caicos Islands and then returning to her home country as she describes it, "the Cayman Islands," she took up the roll of Hon. Council for Barbados.
Juliette is certainly one individual we would all want in our lives in times of overwhelming stress. Truly an amazing woman.
