Brianna is a beautiful, healthy SLIM young Lady, holding a Bachelors in accounts, working with PWC and a Master's degree in Business. But that was not always the case. Like so many of our young adults today, Brianna found herself a little overweight and not feeling happy with herself; until she took control of her habits and challenged herself to live a healthier life style.
Now Brianna is on the road to becoming a trained coach in holistic health. Brianna shares some of her experiences and tips with Vision's Ellio Solomon, on how to become a better you and live a longer and happier life.
