With the increasing numbers of AIDS cases in the Cayman Islands, Mr. Noel Smith, Chief Operating Officer at the AIDS Foundation is on a mission to grow the awareness.
From Education, to awareness, to testing for early detection, to prevention of and ultimately encouraging communities to not discriminate against, but to envelop those effected by having greater clarity & understanding of the disease itself.
One man, through a foundation, is tackling this issue from the human prospective.
