Welcome to the Passport & Corporate Services Office.
We provide: passport services to British Overseas Territory citizens residing in the Cayman Islands; U.S. visa waivers and other travel documents. We are also responsible for the issuance of the Governor’s Special Marriage License and legalization of documents.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE OLD PASSPORT APPLICATION FORMS:
As of 11th of May 2015, The Passport & Corporate Services Office will not be processing any of the old C1 and C2 - Passport Application Forms.

Please note District Administration in Cayman Brac handles applications for passports for residents in Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.
Corporate Services
The Corporate Services Office is responsible for:
The issuing of Special Marriage Licences, issued to couples who are not residents of the Cayman Islands who choose the Cayman Islands as their wedding destination;
Legal Requirements
Couples, including those arriving by cruise ship for their Cayman Islands wedding can marry the same day they arrive in the Cayman Islands. Just be sure to have the following:
1. a non-residents marriage license, and...
2. a letter from the authorized Marriage Officer who is to officiate.
Applications for non-resident marriage licenses ($250 U.S.) and a list of licensed Marriage Officers can be obtained from the Passport and Corporate Services Office. On Cayman Brac and Little Cayman, this is provided by the District Commissioner's Office.

You will also need to provide:
- Proof of citizenship and age - Passport or an original/certified copy of birth certificate with photo identification (18 is the minimum legal age without parental consent)
- Proof of marital status (legal divorce decree or death certificate, if applicable)
- Cayman Islands Immigration Department card, or Cayman Islands international embarkation/disembarkation card for cruise ship passengers.
- Two witnesses at the ceremony
As at 14th January 2013 legislative amendments in regards to travel and migration came into force by the Cuban Government which state that the Travel Permit and legalized letter of invitation to the Cuban Government will no longer be required for travel;
The legalisation of documents. A public document originating in the Cayman Islands cannot be recognised abroad until it has been legalised by a member of staff who have been duly authorised by His Excellency the Governor to sign documents on his behalf. These public documents are legalised by the process of affixing of an Apostille or Authentication.
