All too often we hear persons who comment " if only I had this I would have been the best, if only I had that I could be king of the world”, almost always looking for a reason or a person upon which to shoulder their failures on, instead of looking at "what do I have and what are positives I can do with it”.
The Hon. Franz Manderson, Cert. Hon., Deputy Governor of the Cayman Islands was one such individual who's 'hand' came up short of the perfect, but with a strong mother and an even stronger family unit, he learned from a young age to make a plan and work that plan, no matter the cards you've been dealt. If you have a positive mind and the will to succeed then success is only a matter of time.
Mr. Manderson shares his early years and much more with Ellio Solomon of Vision. Encouraging us all to always plan for success and to never allow failure or set-backs to get in the way of that plan.
