My first attempt of making Virgin Coconut Oil
(Fermentation Method)
Ingredients : 3 coconuts and 3 cups of warm water.
In this process, fresh grated coconut pulp added with warm water are pressed to produce coconut milk. The coconut milk is allowed to ferment for about 24 hours at a room temperature 30°C which causes the solid and water content to separate from the oil.
