We have seen much in the news lately of Donette Thompson's plight. An appeal has been sent out for donations to assist with Donette's illness, and the laws in the Cayman Island have been changed in favour of kids born with disabilities due to lack of medical care. Unfortunatedly the law has not been in favour of Donette and her struggle still continues.

Donette's mom shares the story of unfortunate circumstance which has left beautiful little Donette in a world where life seems so uncertain at times. A place where daily fight for survival is a must.
