Heart Talk "The Flower in the Garden" (Living with Asthma) with the Needham's

Uploaded on Dec 9, 2016

When was the last time you heard of someone dying of Asthma?

Asthma is a disease rarely heard of in todays’ world of Science and medicine and even more rear, do we hear of someone dying from such a disease.

Most children born with asthma are not detected until they are older, as there are ‘no test’ to determine the difference between the common cold and childhood asthma before the age of six years.

Errol and Antoinette Needham share their story with Betsy Lazzari-Solomon of Heart Talk; of their nine-year-old daughter “AnneKay” who died unexpectedly and without warning, whose Asthma went undetected for seven years and they never saw any symptoms again until the day just before her unexpected and untimely death.

Hear their story first hand, of a beautiful little girl, who loved life and her family to the fullest. And how does a parent bare such a sudden loss and why it is so important for parents to look beyond the common cold systems, for there could be a potentially deadly disease lurking behind that cough.
