In this episode, we take a trip to the Cayman Islands Brewery (CIB) and chat with Production Supervisor Garfield Griffiths about the different beers that are brewed on-island. The CIB has several lines of beers catering to every taste. If you're looking for a light tasting beer, try CayLight. While Ironshore Brock is a darker brew. CIB products are available in most liquor stores and they offer tours of the brewery from Monday through Friday.
