The Cayman Islands, known also as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean boasts many great flavours, chef talent, star culinary events such as the annual Cayman Cookout in January and a plethora of restaurants on the islands. This particular video is one with a local cook, Mr. Alvin McLaughlin, demonstrating how to cook beef local Cayman Stew style in preparation for the annual Cayman Thanksgiving Celebrations on islands the first weekend in December.
