Obama suggests that successful American entrepreneurs who have legal offshore accounts are evil business men and women; they need to give that money they earned to poor people (it's only fair, he said) and he's going to make that happen by stealing and extorting it in the form of higher taxes and give it to poor people who deserve it in the form of entitlements.
