A Beautiful Struggle is a short film exploring the lives of young mothers living in the Cayman Islands. Shot by local film maker Pascal Pernix, A Beautiful Struggle captures the hopes, dreams - and struggles – of several women, who became mothers in their teens and early twenties, as they juggle young adult life - from adolescence, school and friendship to a career, relationships and finances - with the reality of motherhood.
